Is your company licensed?
Yes. We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB #1035696), bonded, fully insured and IICRC certified. Many restoration jobs involve demolition and repairs that legally require a licensed contractor — always verify a company's license before you hire.
Is water damage covered by homeowners insurance?
Not always. Flooding usually isn't covered, and slow leaks are often treated as maintenance issues. Check your policy with your agent — and call us. We've worked with every major insurer and can help you understand your claim.
How long does dry-out take?
It depends on the materials, the amount of water, saturation, airflow, temperature and humidity. We take moisture and humidity readings throughout the job to track progress.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with your adjuster, provide Xactimate estimates and bill your insurance directly.
Do I have to use the restoration company my insurance recommends?
No. You have the right to choose any contractor you want.
Can you also rebuild after the restoration?
Yes. We restore and then fully rebuild and remodel everything damaged by the disaster or the restoration work — one company, start to finish.
Should I worry if the wall or cabinet behind my sink is warped, soft or discolored?
Yes. These are signs of water damage, often from a hidden supply line leak. If it's been going on for a while, there may be mold. Call us for an inspection.
